Update regarding covid-19 

  • Have you had the recent onset of a new continuous cough? Do you have a high temperature? Have you noticed a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell? If yes to any of these symptoms, however mild, you must stay at home and reschedule your appointment. (Gov. guidelines)
  • Please phone to organise a skin/patch test prior to your hair colour appointment if:
  • – you have not had a colour appointment or skin test within 6 months.
  • – if you have used a box-dye since your last colour appointment.
  • Please avoid bringing unnecessary items such as large bags, shopping, coats/umbrellas unless absolutely necessary.
  • Please come alone and do not bring family members with you unless you have a carer or partner helping with health and mobility issues or have a guide dog.
  • If you would like to wear a face covering that’s fine but not essential, however choose one with elastic that hooks behind your ears. I will be wearing a visor.  (Gov.guidelines)
  • Please use hand sanitiser provided, before and after your visit.
  • Please arrive just in time for your scheduled appointment. (Gov. guidelines)
  • Please familiarise yourself with the new procedures and guidelines outlined in detail, prior to your visit
  • To protect you, and our fellow guests I reserve the right to reschedule any person attending with symptoms. Please notify us in advance and we’ll do our best to find you a new appointment as soon as possible.
  • Stay safe and keep your distance where possible.
  • During this unprecedented time and to help with the NHS Track and Trace project I may be required to pass on your details if a client I have been contacted due to a client showing symptoms of COVID-19.  The sharing of your information will be done in line with the General Data Protection Regulation Article 6(1)(e) – Public Task, if you have any queries about this please contact me or look on the following website ico.org.uk
